I'm not saying you need to get all legalistic about this but we were designed by God to need a day of rest. I don't think what day you rest on is the point. The point is that you can't continue to go full tilt 24/7 and not burn out. Trust me I am preaching to myself today - I need to rest today. So this is my post to you as well. Take some day this week and rest.
